The unit:
A spacious two bedroom condo with downstairs 1/2 bath, living room and kitchen. There is a small backyard. Upstairs it is a two master bedroom unit. Each room has its own full bath. washer and dryer in the attached garage. No Air conditioning, there?s a good breeze from being so close to the ocean water. The apartment is mostly furnished including a dishwasher. The kitchen has a gas stove to cook on.
There is plenty of close street parking.

Community:
Huntington Beach, at Bolsa Chica/ Warner cross streets.
The location is fantastic. Especially to exercise, or Surf. It is in the community above the Bolsa Chica wetlands, so it?s easy to walk the dirt trails or to beach. Parking is no problem, grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance as well.

Roommate situation:
I am a marketing professional, 37-year-old male. I have a steady corporate job and am home weekends. I am pretty clean and tidy. I?m very considerate towards my roommate & expect the same. Fitness is important to me, I surf, paddleboard and enjoy riding bikes.

What we also pay:
Gas, electric and Wi-Fi/tv.
