Spacious and Private room in a gated community.

Hi there,

I am looking for a single roommate between 25 to 45 years old to share spacious ONE Bedroom apartment, located just couple of blocks walking distance from the beach in Huntington Beach. The apartment is big enough for two people with only ONE bedroom but I will give the private room space to you since basically I use the apartment just to sleep because most of the time I am working outside or traveling. I have a practical sofa-bed for me to use in the living room which I put back in place early in the morning.

The complex apartments is gated with 2 pools, big Spa, gym open 24hours for residents, laundry rooms in the floor, elevators, very safe place to live well and with luxury amenities. The apartment is completely remodeled with new carpet, granite countertop area, new refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and oven, parking space available inside.

About myself, I would say that I am a professional in my forties, single, easy going, that loves exercise, healthy life style, balance food, non smoker, respectful. Sometimes travel for business reasons and also I am a father of 8 years old girl that visits me once a month for just couple of days.

Roommate must be -- NO Drugs user, NO Smoker.
Social drinker is fine and with stable job position.

The rent cost will be $850.00 + 50% cost of utility (gas, electricity, internet).
