1 Room for rent

ONLY ONE ROOM IS FOR RENT
Room now available for a female tenant.

The room is in a 4 bedroom family home located in a cul de sac and quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of street parking. The room is for one single person only; no couples and no kids please. The room has windows and a closet. Private small bathroom inside the room with shower but no bathtub. There is no central AC but it does have a ceiling fan and no central heating. The room is not furnished. You will have access to kitchen and have own covered space to store cookingware and food. You can also use the dining area and share refrigerator. You must use your own things. Please NO guests inside the house as it is a private home. There are dogs in the home that bark when someone comes inside the house and will be out of your way in their designated area of the house.

Please contact me if you are a single female that is clean, respectful, no drama/no problems, doesn't smoke or vape, no drugs of any kind and no kids. This person needs to be responsible and respectful of others living in the house. Clean after yourself and help keep kitchen and refrigerator clean. No one will wash or store your things.

Walking distance to shopping centers, movie theater, banks (Chase, BofA, Union bank), bus stops, laundromats, 10 - 15min drive to freeways (5, 22, 91). Disneyland is also a close drive about 15mins depending on street traffic. Rent is due on the first, if paid late a late fee of $25 will apply.
