1 room for rent in a large split level 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath (approx. 1700sq ft) condo just 1.2 miles from CSUF, conveniently located near 57 freeway and shopping. The unit is freshly painted and has an upgraded kitchen with all appliances. Washer, dryer, fireplace, BBQ, and patio furniture in-unit for resident use. Garage is located at street level, living room, dining room and patios on split second level, and all bedrooms are on the third level.

The condo will be shared with three female roommates, two of which share the main bedroom. One is a special effects makeup artist (who is also the live-in property manager for the unit) and the other a young IT professional that works from home. Caged quiet pets will be considered, however, no dogs or cats please. Current residents have a senior dog (13 y. o.) that does not get along with dogs but is cautiously friendly towards new people.

The bedroom is medium-sized with a keyed entry for added privacy, a ceiling fan, plantation shutters, and a large closet with built-in organizer. One room includes an extra cupboard for additional storage. All common areas are furnished; the bedroom is unfurnished. Both rooms currently for rent will share an upstairs bathroom. There is a half bath for all residents and guest use located on split second level.

We have 1 extra queen bed with frame and box spring available if interested. Please mention to the property manager upon viewing if interested in purchasing one separately.

One parking tag is available for an additional $25 per month. The space is located near the back of the property near mailboxes and dumpsters. Street parking is available but there is street sweeping on Tuesdays and only one side of the street is available at a time (8a-12p one side and after 12p on the other side).

The unit is just steps away from one of three hot tubs and pools in the complex. There are two balconies and a front patio furnished with a BBQ grill, fire pit table, umbrellas, chairs, and a bistro set for al fresco dining.

Note: Internet and trash removal included. Gas, water, and electric utilities are not included in the rent; costs will be split by residents.
