Room for rent for Single Young Female

We have a room available for rent near the Fullerton airport and the Buena Park Metrolink station. We are looking a single female to rent the room, which can be furnished or unfurnished. We have one other single female renter in her early 20s who rents the other room. She and I both work at Disney. My boyfriend teaches at Cal State Fullerton. The house and the neighborhood are safe and quiet, part of a private community reserved for Cal State Fullerton employees. We don’t allow overnight guests. We have a small backyard, and our other renter has a dog who is rarely here, but when she is, she is outside in the yard during the day. Downstairs we have a shared kitchen as well as a shared gym and extra storage space in the garage. Upstairs we have a shared washer and dryer and a shared printing station near the bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom would be shared with the other female renter. We have unlimited street parking. We are flexible with the price, pets, and lease term. The most important thing for us is finding the right person.
