Shared Apartment

I am a 57 year old professional female in search of a roommate for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, first floor apartment located in the Las Palmas Apartment Homes complex. The complex is gated and the grounds are very well maintained. The unfurnished bedroom is large and can accommodate a queen size bed nicely. It also has an alcove that is perfect for a desk. Direct access from the bedroom into your own private bathroom. Plenty of closet space too. The two bedrooms are separated by an updated kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, range, oven, microwave and a full size LG refrigerator. Small dining area has a table and seating for four. Living space is decorated nicely with an L shaped sleeper sofa (for those occasional guests). Patio is directly off the living area where the in unit washer and dryer are located. A double car garage is part of my unit and is shared with limited storage. Rent includes all utilities and WiFi. Cable and TV is available at your cost. I have one small dog who is very well trained, housebroken and quiet. Renter must obtain their own rental insurance policy and supply previous rental references.
