THE HOUSE Up for rent is a beautiful large bedroom inside this 3 bed/2 bath Townhome in west Side Costa Mesa. It is a larger 10×14 room with a 5×3 closet and a shared upstairs bathroom. Other sweet amenities including a Grill , pool, and fenced in patio there is a massive front yard with a large tree that create a cool microclimate. Conveniently located between Triangle Square, the beach, and the back bay.

We have a really comfy living room area great for having a friend or or just lounging. We have board games, 2 water filters for fresh water. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, silverware, and dishes needed that we share. You’re just a short distance from all the restaurants and venues in the downtown Costa Mesa area (like Sidecar Donuts, The Wayfarer, Casa, Triangle Square, 24 Hour Fitness, etc) We also have a Trader Joes, Mothers, Sprouts, Ralphs, Vons, Smart and Final, and 4 other grocery stores all within a mile!

ROOM SPECIFICS - Agreement: 6 months then month to month - Move-in: July 15th, 2022 - Rent: Room B: 1325$ a month - Deposit: Room B deposit: 1325$ Room B : First + last + deposit = 3975 needed to begin. *The place is currently being painted and will look better and cleaner once its finished. Storage: We have some extra storage space in the garage, if you need additional space for large items or longer-term storage. Parking: There is a garage I plan to take but there is also private parking in the back available. As well as tons of street parking. Utilities: House utilities are split evenly amongst us. We pay for gas, electricity, internet, water, and cleaning lady (every 3rd month). On average our total house expenses are less than 120$ a month each.

DESIRED HOUSEMATE - Female strongly preferred but am open to clean and respectful males over the age of 21 and under the age of 35. WHO I AM I am a 20 year old mechanical engineering and Artificial Intelligence student. I am good-natured, fun-loving, and easy-going. I work a lot between two jobs and school. However, in my free time I like playing video and board games, enjoy music of all kinds, working out, eating clean, movies, philosophy, football, basketball, dogs, mindfulness, being creative in art and cooking, and is just all about the good vibes. I’m not into drama in the slightest and very much seek the same in you. I am a very big believer in good energy and karma and currently have a positive, safe, happy space and I’m only looking for someone who’s seeks the same. I’m not really a partier so this is ultimately pretty quiet house. No cigarettes in the house. We share all the common areas and split all the utilities and such evenly. We do keep our own foodstuffs separate but often split common expenses (paper towels, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, etc).
