The Apartment:
The second bedroom is available w/ shared bathroom in a 2 bedroom apartment in 92626 Costa Mesa, CA. We have spacious walk-in closets, a small private balcony, central AC in living room, dishwasher, WIFI , etc. Good street parking where visitors can also park. The apartment complex also has a gym, pool, spa, and BBQ area. No pets allowed. Utilities - Water, Gas, Electricity, Trash and Wi-Fi split 3 ways.

The Location:
The apartment complex is located near a local park and in the heart of Costa Mesa. One block from Bristol Street.

The Roommates:
Young couple in mid 20’s. 420 friendly, outdoorsy, and courteous. We are into dirt bike riding, exercising, spending time with friends and family. Relaxing, and quiet down time after 8pm on weekdays. Occasional friends come over to visit.

You:
Looking for respectful, social, kind roommate who is responsible with rent and bills (we split everything 1/3 each for common supplies, toilet paper, etc.)
Perfect for someone who does not party late or let people sleep over without roommate’s permission.
No couples. Female preferred.

When:
Apartment will be available October 1st for a month-to-month lease. Prefer to have our new roommate move in on October 1st. Signed roommate contract by September 30th.

Initial deposit is $300.
