The Apartment:

The second bedroom is available w/ shared bathroom in this apartment in 92626 Costa Mesa, CA. One mile from south coast plaza! We have spacious walk-in closets, a small private balcony, central AC in living room, dishwasher, WIFI , etc. Good street parking where visitors can also park. The apartment complex also has a gym, pool, spa, and BBQ area. Preferably no pets, but willing to discuss. Utilities - Water, Gas, Electricity, Trash and Wi-Fi split 3 ways.

The Location:

The apartment complex is located near a local park and in the heart of Costa Mesa. One block from Bristol Street.

The Roommates:

Young couple in mid 20’s. Outdoorsy, and courteous. We are into dirt bike riding, exercising, spending time with friends and family . Relaxing, and quiet down time after 8pm on weekdays.

You:
Looking for respectful, social, kind roommate who is responsible about rent and bills (we split everything 1/3 each for common supplies, toilet paper, etc.)
Perfect for someone who does not party late or let people sleep over without roommate’s consideration.

When:

Apartment will be available August 1st for a 12-month lease. We would ideally like to have new roommate add onto the lease and sign roommate contract by July 30th.
