Requirements: Single occupancy, no excessive overnight guests, no pets, no drugs. There will be a background check and you will need to show proof of stable income, no eviction/criminal history, Credit score: 680+. All checks will be done by a third party and I will only be able to see the results of the check and not your information.

Move in cost: 1st month's rent + security deposit=1 month's rent.

Home is currently occupied by three female professionals in their twenties. You will be replacing the master spot that is opening up. Looking for someone who is a good fit in a clean, drama free environment. Looking for a 1 year lease. 6 months considered at a higher price.
