Hello! I’m currently living here with my boyfriend & fellow roommates, he & I will be moving out to get our own place by mid Apeil.
Looking for responsible a roommate (18-28yr olds) to replace us. small bedroom den available.

Located in Costa Mesa, near Orange Coast College it is a 3bedroom & 2bathroom apartment.
Our apartment is furnished & comes with mirrored closets in all rooms, patio, balcony (master bedroom), fireplace, dishwasher, washer+dryer & 2 parking spots.
This complex has 2 community pools, gym, mailroom, club house & a dog park(:
RENT & utilities are split between roommates.

All rooms are shared unless you want your own room, then rent would be more since the prices are accustomed to the room sizes. The room is shared & would be ~$550-$650max with utilities included. Utilities can increase or decrease depending on how much is used that month. All utilities are evenly split between roommates. Room is connected to the bathroom which is shared with your roommate.
