**Looking for a roommate beginning March 1st, 2021** ideally I am looking for someone long term. No couples, no pets, and no children please.

Room for rent in a beautiful, brand new home in Costa Mesa (near triangle square). Price is at $1,100/mo- this includes utilities (gas, electricity, trash, water, and high speed internet). Easy access to the 55 freeway. Washer and dryer in unit and garage parking. Shared jack and Jill bathroom. 

*Looking for a full time, quiet, and respectful working professional please. Must have good credit. We are two young women in our 20’s looking for a third roommate in a 4 bedroom house. No pets please and absolutely no live in significant others/friends. This room is for 1 person occupancy. No overnight guests/get togethers - we are COVID conscious.
