Looking for a roommate for a 2/1.5 townhouse

I am currently a leaseholder at Harbor at Mesa Verde and have learned I am able to upgrade to a newly renovated townhome. This is a gorgeous property with 2 pools, a hot tub, and is near restaurants/shopping. You'd be responsible for half of the rent and half of the utilities. Based on data provided by the landlord, the utilities should cost no more than about $100 per month but that would vary based on use. You'd have your pick of the bedroom and share a restroom.

Ideally, I'd be able to live with someone who is cool with sharing a space. I tend to be very easy going and agreeable. I enjoy cooking, reading, and laughing. I'm totally okay with anyone who would be interested. My only ask is that you are clean and can pay your portion of the bills on time. I am a full-time professional that works for a university. I am fine with dogs and guests.

At this time, this space isn't secured as I am looking for a roommate. Should you be interested, you'd be placed on the lease as well and would need to complete the application with the leasing office.

This is a VERY NICE townhome with in-unit washing/dryer, all appliances, and easy access to the beautiful OC coastline.
