Roommate Needed for 3 BR House in Costa Mesa

Looking for a male or female roommate upper 20s to mid 30s to move into our Costa Mesa house by September 27th. We are both very neat and clean so we are looking for someone who will take care of our home as well as we do & someone who we can enjoy living with & getting to know. Guests and drinking are fine but we don?t want to have a ?party house?, this is not the house for you if you like to bring half the bar home with you and continue drinking all night.

The house is completely remodeled and you would have a walk-in closet and shared bathroom. There is plenty of storage as well as a one car garage which is used for storage. Washer/Dryer machines in the kitchen of the house and a small fenced in yard that can be accessed from the outside. The house is fully furnished minus the bedroom you would be moving into. There is ample street parking as well as one driveway spot. This is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with close access to the 55 freeway. Water, trash, and gardener is included in the rent already, but you would split electricity and internet bills between other roommates. No large dogs please, would consider another small dog if well behaved.

About me: Christen - I am an interior designer who works from home so I look forward to my roommates coming home each day and socializing with them in the evening. I love wine & cooking, going on hikes & walks, doing Pilates, and gardening. I have a small Chihuahua named Tinkerbell who I take everywhere with me. I also have a small hamster named Poppy who lives in my room.

My roommate Katie - works at a bank in customer service. She is a huge Disney fan and enjoys going to Disneyland as often as possible. She also loves animals and kickboxing and has a small dog as well.

We are both very neat & clean. Especially since I work from home it's important that we have a clean house at all times. I am a wine drinker and non-smoker and Katie is a smoker (outside) and non-drinker.
