Huge Room in Cute Townhome - Best Location in CM!
Looking to fill the second bedroom in my cute Costa Mesa town home. The house is 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath with a shared fully fenced front yard and private backyard. It's in the best location in Costa Mesa, I've lived here two and a half years and absolutely love it. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc...
About me: I'm a female in my mid 20's. I work full time in marketing. I have two dogs, Larry and Sadie, they're extremely friendly so it would be nice if whoever moved in enjoyed their company as well. I like to go out with friends and have a good time, but when I'm home I like to relax and recharge.
Since I already have two dogs, the landlord won't accept any more pets and applicants must be able to pass credit check. Rent is $1300 plus utilities (gas, electric, internet and cleaning). I would prefer if whoever moved in was a 25-35 year old professional and female or gay male. If you're interested please send me an email with some information about yourself, thanks!
