Room mates wanted by March 1st. No credit check. I'm looking for quiet, clean, and respectful tenants. I have 2 rooms available in a 3 bedroom house in Brea. You'll have your own room and shared bathroom with full tub/shower.

It is mandatory you keep your room clean and that you clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom. I have plenty of cleaning supplies that will be available to you.

You'll have access to the following:
- Full kitchen privileges
- Refrigerator / freezer space
- Oven / Stove
- Dishwasher
- Washer (located indoors)
- Dryer (located indoors)
- Central heat and air
- Backyard
- Parking spot in driveway and street
- WiFi

Potential tenant must be:
- Drug free
- Drama free
- Pet free
- Employed
- No criminal record
- Non Smoker

Move in requirements:
- First and last months rent
- month to month lease (3 month min.)
- Proof of employment

Either room is open for $900 a month utilities included. The house is extremely comfortable in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. I travel a lot. Weeks, sometimes months I am on the road. I usually work nights when I'm home too. So if you work during the day, it's possible we will rarely see each other.
