I have a spare bedroom for rent in my 3 bedroom apt. I rent one room for myself and one room for my home office. I work 100% remotely from home so I am looking for someone clean and quiet. Absolutely no parties or group gatherings. 1 shared bathroom. The room is for one person only. No smoking or any drugs on the property. Also, the room is very big - my old roommate had a cal king and desk and still had plenty of room to move around. Idk the actual square footage tho. Lease is month to month.
