Bathroom is basically yours, shared lightly if the other is in use. All Storage in bathroom available. Mini Refrigerator ready for use details can be discussed

I have a small dog.

Cleaning of the house will be done by us BUT clean after yourself. Kitchen must be left clean after use.

$700 per month utilities, and Wi-Fi included, $730 with washer and dryer privilege. Small Deposit
