About Me:
My name is Derek. I am a 35 year old male. I work full time at the corporate office of Mazda, the car company. I am a very laid back person, keep mostly to myself, easy to get along with, and I enjoy my time off of work by relaxing at home. I am a bit of a homebody. Most of my time at home is usually spent in my room playing a video game or watching TV. I tend to not make any messes and clean up after myself to keep the place in good shape. Occasionally, I will participate in social drinking, but nothing too extreme. Also, I do not smoke or do drugs.

Who I’m looking for:
I am looking for a long term roommate to share the rent with. Either male or female is fine. I would like someone who is laid back, easy to get along with and drama free. Someone who is very responsible. Pays rent on time and helps keep the place clean. No pets or smoking is allowed in the complex or Arbor Park will raise prices. Also, does not do drugs. Having occasional guests over is perfectly fine. Same goes for a boyfriend/girlfriend, but I would prefer not to have a 3rd roommate.

- Sign a 1 year lease

- Internet: $27.50 ($55)

You will need to submit an application to Arbor Park for background check and income check. I will walk you up to the office to help you submit the information when we get to this stage of the process.
- 3x Rent Combined Income ($5,925). Your monthly gross income will need to cover half ($2962.50 gross income per month needed).
