I am a free spirited hippie (that works full time and pays my bills) that loves meeting new people! I am very spiritual and I am often burning sage, palo santo, and candles. I am clean, friendly, and will respect you and your space. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished and you will have access to all of that in addition to space in the kitchen pantry and fridge. I work in aviation and in my free time I cook, play volleyball, or hang with friends. Ideally, I am looking for a student or a young professional who is also clean, friendly, can communicate well, and will bring calm, positive vibes to the space 💜✨

The room for rent is spacious, carpeted, and comes with a closet. You would have a private bedroom and bathroom with a tub. Gas, water, and trash are included. Electricity is usually like $80 every month during the winter and like $200 during the summer because of the A/C. It all depends on usage. The beautiful two bedroom apartment is 950 square feet and has central air and heating as well as WiFi, a new fridge, dining table, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, espresso maker, and air fryer. You will have access to all of that.

You will need to apply with the leasing office. They do a credit check, background check, and income verification. Your income should be around $3000 a month to qualify. The app fee is $53.33 and is non-refundable.

The room is large enough for couples but keep in mind you will only get one open parking space and the other car would need to be parked in the street. The rent for couples would still be $1400 a month. The room is very spacious and can easily accommodate two people.

Please no cigarettes or smoking weed especially inside the apartment. You can smoke on the balcony but I prefer non smokers. No drugs of any kind or excessive alcohol consumption will be tolerated.

Guests are welcome but overnight guests will need be discussed first.
