You will have your own room, full bathroom and access to all amenities; which includes refrigerator, washer/dryer, and full access to all areas of the house with the exceptions of the other Private room/bath. Ample street parking. Single car garage is negotiable, if needed. The home is convenient to the 5 freeway. Minutes away from coffee shops, restaurants, shopping malls and fun attractions like Anaheim Packing House and Disney. Rent is $1075 and utilities will be split evenly.
