A few amenities include secure underground parking, pool, hot tub, BBQ area, and on-site gym. Tv, internet, water/ all utilities are all included in the price. Rental length is negotiable. The room size is 14 feet by 13 feet. The available room includes a view of the pool. It is a shared bath with private entrance, however, the person it would be shared with is just about never home. *Rent is $1100, a month.*
