Private bed/bath in Aliso Viejo

Hi,

I have a room for rent starting August 1st. The room is in a safe and well-maintained complex in Aliso Viejo, with amenities such as a gym, pool, and common area. The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, so being comfortable with going up and downstairs is important. This rental is from August 2021-November 2021. If my roommate wants to continue to rent the space they can renew the lease in November. The rent is $1,200 a month including complex service fees ($1,155 without)

The room for rent is well lit. It has a walk-in closet and personal bathroom directly outside of the bedroom. The room is roughly 12ftx12ft and can easily fit a queen-size bed. The apartment has trash service, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a Nest thermostat system.

A little about me, I am a female (age37). I work demanding hours and during the day I am at the office. I like my home to be quiet and calming, and I am hoping to find a considerate person that wants the same. I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs, but drinking is fine in the house. Couples, pets (except cats), and children are not viable options for the space. I hope to find someone who can be a responsible roommate who, like me, spends most of the time outside of the apartment.
