Need a roommate

My wife and I currently live in a two bedroom two bath apartment with washer and dryer and a balcony. I also have a storage if needed. My wife and I only use the spare bathroom for shower so other then that the bathroom would be mostly yours unless there are guest over which is mainly holidays and maybe every couple of months. The apartment is close to many stores for groceries, clothes, restaurants for food and trimet. Pretty quit apartment and neighborhood. Our apartment is 2000 so I am only asking for half with a at least 40 to 50 for electricity. Me and my wife would provide our own food and take care of internet. My wife is currently working as a lead at a caregiving facility and Im currently taking real estate classes online and will be starting barber school in September. Also looking for a part time jobs to work around my class schedule. My wife and I are pretty chill. Once you get to know her she is cool and I’m sure you will get to know me pretty fast as I’m the one with an outgoing personality. We don’t mind doing things together as roommates and hanging out but if your someone who stays to them selves that’s ok too. My wife and I vape and this is a house hold so we don’t mind if you do. I don’t care who you are black, white, orange, green, gay, straight but All I’m asking for is someone who is considerate for others, responsible, who can communicate, who can pay there rent on time, an absolutely NO HARD DRUG USER.
