We are 2 male roommates seeking a third person to rent the third "master" bedroom (No extra rent for master!). Bathroom is private, and the closet is a spacious square walk-in (its big enough for a small office). The room and bathroom have been well kept and the carpet is like-new (vaccuumed and shampooed regularly).

I have 1 dog and 1 cat, so if you have allergies, beware! One of us does not own a car and uses public transit so if you have a car, parking will be in-driveway or garage but there is also street parking as well. If you need public transit, the MAX is a 2 minute walk or less across the street to Quatama Station. Neighborhood is quiet 95% of the time, and the landlord maintains the area well and regularly.

Pricing is $925 a month plus utilities (water/gas/electric). Internet is high-speed and included in your rent.

Both of us are very quiet and keep to ourselves, and will be in our rooms 90% of the time.

Shopping in the area is full of great places for pretty much anything, Intel Campus is a 5-8 minute drive up the road.
