Hello! My name is Nadine and I am posting this because I have unfortunately moved out of this apartment and need someone to take over my lease. This complex was only built a couple years ago. It is brand new and gorgeous. There is a gym, hot tub, and pool. The rent is great for what you experience here. You have your own room and bathroom. The shared spaces are the living room and kitchen. The living room is fully furnished. We also a dining table, outdoor furniture on the balcony, in unit washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. We have security and one free parking spot and plenty of street parking. Alex is going to be in nursing school come August so he prefers someone who is respectful, cleans after themselves, and is responsible. I am looking for someone to take over this lease ASAP as I have already moved out all my things.
