Spacious room with adjacent bathroom on half acre

We are on a half acre oasis across the street from beautiful Powell Butte. I am looking for a month to month renter who is honest, kind, tidy and drama free to enjoy this unique home and property.

The room is 16x13 and furnished. It's upstairs, across from mine and adjacent to the bathroom. It has 3 windows and a large closet. It has new attractive LVP flooring and overlooks the back yard.

The kitchen, living room, dining room and two bathrooms are shared and there is good privacy as this is a 3 level home which used to be a counseling center. There's no smoking on the property and no overnight guests in the room but there is a couch for the occasional overnight guest.

We are friendly, most people keep to themselves but are open to sharing a meal, watching a movie, playing a game etc. People clean up after themselves so the house is tidy and we keep our noise fairly well contained to our rooms with quiet time after 10.

There is parking on the property adjacent to the street, a garden, several seating areas and a firepit where we enjoy s'mores : ) At times there will be a friendly miniature horse on the property, Prince Legacy.
