Respectful, kind roommate, great shared spaces

The vacant room is 11x11 with a good sized closet and west facing windows. There is a covered patio out back and a small yard with a ton of potential if you like growing things.
There is also a secured shed for storing bicycles or what-have-you.
The Trolley Trail and Spring Water Corridor are both very near. It’s a great area for biking, jogging and just being outdoors in general.
If you love gardening, composting etc. the yard is for you.
The apartment has an open layout and a lot of space for projects, working from home, etc.
On-site shared laundry, dishwasher, free off-street parking. Neighborhood is as safe as they come. Max Orange Line is half a mile up the road.
I have a 60lb fluffy love of a dog. She loves food, her ball, and her person. If you like dogs and want to toss a ball here and there she’ll be your best friend. Otherwise she’ll leave you alone. She’s crated or with her dog walker when I’m not home. She lets you know if someone is at the door but doesn’t bark otherwise.
I spend a lot of time spinning my wheels on what to do with this space. I would love to have someone else to share with and make better use of it.
