Looking for the right person to share a living space with me and my adult son, and possibly take over the entire lease in a few months. 1 bedroom, in an upstairs apartment, with access to full bath in hallway. Although it would be a shared bathroom technically, you would probably have it to yourself a vast majority of the time. Washer & dryer in unit - super convenient! Room would be mostly unfurnished but there may be a full or queen-sized mattress available. Great wood-burning fireplace in living room, but we currently have no couch so if you have one, there is space! Rent includes electric and water but not wifi. I have a portable hotspot right now but open to getting home wifi and sharing the cost. The complex is located in a quiet and safe complex in Norman, abutting a bike park. Not much traffic in the bike park but it makes it seem like we live on a bit of land, which is nice. Must love dogs! I’m currently fostering my other son’s dog and not sure how long he will be staying at the apartment. He is a medium-sized Dogo Argentino mix, house broken, not a barker, not aggressive, and also still a puppy. Super loving and playful but be aware that he does shed, however. It would be ideal if you would help me exercise the dog and I’d be willing to compensate financially for that. I am employed FT and also work a side job so I am gone a lot. No recreational drugs, legal cannabis ok (outside smoking only please), no excessive traffic.
Looking for someone who is honest, trustworthy, considerate, responsible, respectful of the shared living space, FLEXIBLE, UNDERSTANDING, and willing to communicate about any issues that affect the household.
