I moved into my new house and am looking for roommates (females preferred). I currently have one roommate who is renting one of the smaller rooms.
The house has three stories. The basement is the laundry room. Two rooms on the second story are available (I live on the third floor). There is one kitchen, one living room, and two bathrooms.
I'm not a professional landlord, just looking for some roommates to help cover the mortgage and utilities. Utilities are divided up between all of us every month.
The house is gorgeous and really close to the college and tons of businesses and activity places.
Pets are negotiable (my current roommate and I both have cats). Service animals are always welcome.
I have a security system, stocked common areas, and provide Internet, trash, and a professional cleaning service for the common areas.
I do require a background check before letting people move in (for everyone's safety). I can send you the application/background check. It costs $55.
I like to meet with people before they pay for the background check, just so we can make sure this is a good fit for them before spending any money.
