Hello, I have a fully furnished home with off street parking, and live video surveillance in case it's ever needed. So I have 1 big yellow bedroom for rent in a good quiet neighborhood. Almost 1/4 acre with a fully fenced in back yard. The rest of the home is shared. The room is 175 per week, and 1/2 the utility bills and is currently available. Utilities currently are 120 per month. Security deposit is 175 non refundable for usage of the utilities after you decide to move out. Then 175 refundable if, you cleanup before you move out. Then 1st weeks rent. Basically 350 security deposit, plus 1st weeks rent. So, that totals 525 to move in. I also ask for a 2 weeks notice when you decide to move out, while you still pay for the 2 weeks until you are moved out. If I don't get the 2 weeks notice, I keep the other 175 security deposit.
