Room in Modern Minimalist Home

Your room can fit a full size bed, dresser, and night stand very comfortably - maybe even a queen bed. It?s got a decent sized closet, the same size as mine. It?s a one level ranch style house, remodeled right before I moved in this year with brand new stainless steel appliances, faux marble counters, beautiful gray wood floors, dishwasher, washer, dryer, one shared bathroom and a yard with hammocks, fire pit, and grill. The living room has a new couch and TV with a Netflix account. All of this is available to you of course.

Need some extra storage space? I have a garage where you can fit a couple boxes - no biggie.

It?s a great location too, close to everything ? 2 minutes away from Wawa, 7-Eleven, and Exit 80 on Parkway. 7 minutes to Shop-Rite. 15 minutes to Retro Fitness. There?s only street parking available, but its a col-de-sac, so it?s very safe and private.

Also, I?m into interior design, so the house is set up very nicely - super modern and tasteful. It's not overtly feminine, so a male or female would be very comfortable living here. No pink, I promise!

I don?t mind smokers, just no smoking inside. There?s a back patio with an ashtray. No pets allowed, but be okay with my Bfs friendly dog visiting the house sometimes. friendly, just keep it in your room.

About Me: I?m a 31 y/o web developer. I work from home. I go to the gym during the week and usually out and about on weekends. I clean once a week, but tidy up every day.
