Replacing 3rd roommate in 3 Bedroom

We are 2 professionals in our early 30s looking to replace our third roommate when our lease ends and he moves out at the end of August. This will be the Eighth year we've rented from the same landlord, who we have an excellent relationship.?

Our house is 3 bedrooms, 1 bath(newly renovated), and already furnished.? Basement storage available.? Private off street parking.? Right off Arnold Ave in the heart of downtown Point Beach, 5 minute walk to the train station.

We are both quiet, easy going and mostly keep to ourselves.? We're both out of the house by 6:30am weekdays and are in bed by 11.? Generally keep a quiet and low key household, excellent relationship with our neighbors.? We have exactly one party a year at christmas, and that's how we like it.

We would ideally like someone easy going, also in their late 20s/mid 30s.? Full time job and ability to clear a background check required.? Must like cats, house has 2 - no further pets allowed as per the lease.?
