I occasionally rent out a private room in my sunny and calm home. WIFI included.
Located on the second floor. I have a private vacant large room.
Off of McClean & Lily Pond.

I am looking for someone that works and can provide proof.
A respectful, clean, considerate, responsible, Communicative and good energies person.

No pets NO tobacco.

There is NO kitchen access.

Room has small cut out space for tenant to have a small fridge/microwave/air fryer etc. NOT PROVIDED

The private room is located on second floor.
It measures 13ft by 11ft. With floor to ceiling in wall closet storage.

70inch wide bright window facing sunrise and yard.
Room and the home. Gets hit with Sunlight majority of the day.
The energy is also just as bright.
We are looking for someone that can communicate, be respectful and be cool AF.

Spacious (occasionally shared) clean bathroom with tub and shower.
Vented and large enough to comfortably change in.

No Kitchen, No Living Room.

Only One Private Room.
No address sharing.

Off street parking with No Regulations.
8min walk from/to the Sand at South beach.
Walk to S51 S52 Bus
