Renting 1 small cozy bedroom in a spacious newly renovated apartment located on the first floor in the Staten Island South shore Annadale section. Looking to rent in August 2022.

I'm kind, respectful, easygoing and laid back, but do like the apartment to be clean and tidy in the common areas. I'm friendly, but also mindful and respectful of people's privacy and space, because we all need our own personal quiet time. Mornings and nights are usually quiet and relaxing. I aim to make things comfortable. If you're here, you're family. If you're from out of town, think of this as a home away from home. :)

Offering cozy bedroom. Currently furnished with a twin bed, desk/chair, night table, bookshelf, large double door closet with ample space/shelves, celing fan and air conditioner.

*New Samsung electronic WASHER/DRYER available for use at cost...Wi-Fi available - Sorry No smoking.. Room rental in 3 bedroom house.. 1.5 baths.. makes sharing bathroom easier! :)

Large diningroom area with large 6 chair table available during dining. Lots of windows, and ample light. Dine-in kitchen with oven/ stove/ toaster/coffee maker/blender. Newly renovated/updated shared bathroom. New bedroom doors, and hardwood floors installed throughout apartment.. Please see photos. :)

Fire/smoke alarms installed throughout home to ensure safety.

House located in nice cozy area to call home, with lovely neighbors. Excellent street parking in front of house.. Near public transportation... S79 and SIM1C. Close to Annadale train station and bus depot, makes traveling extremely convenient.
