Female Roommate for the Large Flex room

Looking for a female roommate for my large flex room. Common large kitchen and dining area, shared bathroom and shower. 1 walk in closet and 1 shared closet. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, toaster, available to cook your own meal, and plenty of cabinets for storage. Lots of natural light in the room and space for working from home.

The building has its own Laundry area open 7 days a week in the basement. Easy recycle and garbage takeout system as well. Working elevator 24/7.

Apartment only 2 minutes away from 7 train, Q32, Q60, B24, bus and 15 minutes from Manhattan. Lots of local restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops nearby.

I am a Medical student, stay home during day time and go to college in the afternoon 6 days a week. I cook once a week. If you would like to eat with me there will be an additional $250 charge monthly. I am very neat and clean, like to keep the apartment tidy always. I would expect the same from my roommate. Originally me and my husband got the apartment together, but he is moving to a different state for work. My husband and family members might come visit me once in a while but most of the time it will be just me living alone.

No male friends are allowed in the apartment, but female friends are welcome as long as they are respectful of the space and informed in advance. I will do the same if I have a guest coming over.

Strictly no Drinking or Smoking, and No cooking Pork allowed in the house (due to religious restrictions)

All utility including WiFi will be split in between half, and will be added to the rent.
