ABOUT THE RENT & ETC:
- $1,450 / month for 3+ months stay - $1,550/month for 2 months stay - $1,650 for 1 month stay,
- A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required and should be paid to guarantee the room before moving in,
- Utilities (electricity, gas, wireless broadband, Netflix) are NOT included and are split by 4.

ABOUT THE TENANT:
“1” person only... (no couples in the room....) ,
- Drug and drama-free,
- Non-smoker! (no occasional smokers either - very important),
- Neat and clean (for the common areas; kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc),
- Respectful to other roommates,
- Responsible,
- Rather quiet,
- Has minimum furniture,
- Able to pay the rent in full with no delays,
