- Very nice, clean, quiet and safe apartment with available furnished private rooms in a 2 family private house.

- Only a block or two away from the major shops, grocery, pizzerias, laundromats, restaurants and such.

- No general house errands, maintenance, responsibilities or such. The main requirement is that everyone to clean after themselves when they use the bathroom and the kitchen, and leave it the way it was for the other roommates.

- Large gas oven
- Large 4-shelves cabinets,
- All necessary silverware, pans, plates, glasses for cooking comfortably

GENERAL HOUSE REQUIREMENTS:
- No smoking (of any kind..) in the house.
- No illegal drugs of any kind. Absolutely no exceptions
- No pets.

ABOUT THE RENT & ETC:
- $1,275 / month for 3+ months stay - $1,375/month for 2 months stay - $1,475 for 1 month stay
- A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required and should be paid to guarantee the room before moving in
- Utilities (electricity, wireless broadband) are NOT included and are split 3 ways, each month and vary from month to month due to electricity usage.

ABOUT THE TENANT:
- "1" person only...
- Drug and drama-free,
- Non-smoker! (no occasional smokers either - very important)
- Neat and clean (for the common areas; kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc)
- Respectful to other roommates,
- Responsible,
- Rather quiet,
- Has minimum furniture,
- Able to pay the rent in full with no delays.
