I'm looking for a roommate to join my apartment in woodside/sunnyside. It's a newly renovated 2 bedroom/1 bath apt. The apartment is a third floor walk up, around 20 min train ride into nyc. The room, including water and heat is $1100/month. Gas, electric, and wifi is split between us per month. About me, I am a 23 yo teacher. I enjoy exploring the city, and love meeting new people! I appreciate a clean space and communication, so I am looking for someone who values that too.
