in a fully-furnished, drug and smoke-free apartment: Very suitable especially for international visitors (students, interns, full-time temporary employees, etc).

ABOUT THE PLACE:
- Total max occupants: 4 roommates, (current roommates: 3 males)
- Very nice, clean, quiet and safe apartment with available furnished private room in a 2 family private house.

- Hi-speed wireless cable internet,
- Only a block or two away from the major shops, grocery, pizzerias, laundromats, restaurants and such.,
- Very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood,
- 1 block from the 7 train.
- Heat and hot water included,
- NO general house chores, errands, maintenance, responsibilities or such. The main requirement is that everyone to clean after themselves when they use the bathroom and the kitchen, and other common areas and leave it the way it was for the other roommates.

KITCHEN:
- Large size eat-in-kitchen,
- Over-the-top Microwave,
- Medium size fridge,
- Large gas oven,
- 4-shelves cabinet,
- All necessary silverware, pans, plates, glasses for cooking comfortably,

BATHROOM:
- Clean and neat bathroom with bathtub,
- Cabinet with shelves for individual storage.

GENERAL HOUSE REQUIREMENTS:
- No smoking (of any kind..) in the house,
- No illegal drugs of any kind. Absolutely no exceptions,
- No pets.

ABOUT THE RENT and ETC:
- a) $1,325 / month for 3+ months stay OR
b) $1,425 / month for 2 months stay OR
c) $1,525 for 1 month stay
- Security deposit equal to one month's rent is required and should be paid to guarantee the room before moving in
- Utilities (electricity, wireless broadband) are NOT included and are split 4 ways, each month and vary from month to month due to electricity usage.

ABOUT THE ROOMMATE:
- 1 person only... (no couples in the room.)
- Drug and drama-free,
- Non-smoker! (no occasional smokers either - very important),
- Neat and clean (for the common areas; kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc),
- Respectful to other roommates,
- Responsible,
- Rather quiet,
- Has minimum furniture,
- Able to pay the rent in full with no delays.
