Spacious apartment share available in prime location; close to public transportation, dining, shopping and surfing.
Situated on a beautiful property with a large front yard to enjoy, just one block from the boardwalk and ocean.
The second bedroom is a semi-private room that can be separated by curtains. This large room is filled with natural light and can fit a queen bed and additional furniture comfortably. *Room will be empty upon move-in.*
It’s very important to me that we both feel comfortable with this setup and get along well. I’m someone who takes pride in a clean, organized space and I’m looking for someone who values and will maintain a tidy home.
Available from October 1st – April 1st. Utilities are not included and can range between $40-$75 each.
A friendly cat is welcome, however a security deposit of 1 months rent will be collected.
This spot is perfect for an avid winter surfer looking for a secondary, temporary spot to store your board(s), enjoy a hot shower and have a place to rest after a surf session. Don’t surf? No worries, you’re still welcome!
