Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a new female roommate to resign our lease with who prefers to keep the home lowkey. We are both women in our late 20s. Looking for someone chill, and tidy!

You’ll be signing on a year long lease and will need to submit a security deposit -

The apartment: Located in Ridgewood, less than a 5 minute walk off the Forest M. Also a little less than a 15 minute walk to the Myrtle Wyckoff L. The space is a 3 bedroom & 1 bath. It is on the 2rd floor with no neighbors above us. The rent is $984 + utilities and wifi which will be roughly $35-55 per month depending on the time of the year.

About us: We are both very chill, but love to keep a clean space. We rotate out getting different cleaning, and household supplies! We usually keep to ourselves but are always down to kick it with each other. We’ll watch TV together or go grab some food or drinks! The energy of the apartment is very laid back.
