The apartment has plenty of storage space (closets, shelves) for you if needed. This room is furnished and has a full size bed & frame, 2 desks, a bookshelf, a small dresser(not in photos) and a couple wall shelves. Please note there are NO windows in the room except a skylight pictured in the AD. The room is adjacent to the living room and we recommend turning the living room AC unit on and propping ur door open to get the air from there OR buying your own standing AC if you’d like to do so. j My roommate and I are LGTBQ+ friendly. We smoke on occasions and we mostly do so in our rooms, so we require our roommate to be okay with this. I have 1 small indoor male cat who is neutered and super friendly! We are around the corner from the M and within walking distance of the L. The J is also easily accessible through transfer of the M line or even by bike. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops & bars within walking distance, as well as laundry mats and grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood with mostly families around.
