Fully Furnished Small Room in very quiet apartment

Small room available in a 2nd floor apartment in a private house. Looking for a male roommate only, sorry no couples.

The apartment will be shared with mature working professional males who want a quiet place to live (bathroom and kitchen is shared).

Room is fully furnished with a twin bed, dresser, and Smart TV. The room has a small closet outside. Pets are not permitted. Loud noise is not permitted. All utilities are included. There's a $20 fee if you want to use an A/C in the summer months.

Criminal background check is required ($40 fee), must provide proof of income, employment information, must commit to keeping the place clean. All roommates must contribute to keep the place clean by taking turns cleaning the kitchen, bathroom and other common areas, if you're not willing to do that this place isn't for you.

The house is a 4 minute walk to the 121 ST J train Station and 10 minutes from the E train Jamaica/Van Wyck, 10 minute walk to Jamaica Hospital.

1 month rent and 1 month security required to move in. No exceptions. The room is available immediately.
Minimum stay is 6 months, prefer someone looking to stay long term if everything works out.
