If you drive, there are no alternate-side parking rules! Conveniently located around the corner from a laundromat, steps from CVS, restaurants, bars and delis. Key Food is close by, Queens Center Mall is a 5min drive. Close to several parks for you to enjoy as well.

My name is Jorge, I’m a 32yr old professional working full time, so I’m barely home. I am a friendly, clean, chill guy who likes to do last minute movie dates with my girlfriend and on my days off binge watch a Netflix show. I’d be down to hang out in the living room or have a spontaneous bbq in the backyard but I also respect people’s privacy and will give you your space.
