There is a co-work area and common area with outdoor space also facing the river. The 7 train is right downstairs and 1 stop to Manhattan. There is also a gym. The apartment is close to a *Trader Joe's and another local grocery. The waterfront and Gantry park are just steps away and has an amazing view of the city. Vernon Blvd and the other surrounding streets have lots a restaurants, cafes, and bars. We are looking for someone who will stay for the remainder of the lease from October 1 to feb 28.
