Hi everyone! I’m looking for another roommate to sign a lease this August 2023. It’s a 3-bedroom spacious apartment in Kew Gardens, Queens with a balcony. The location is a very nice and family oriented neighborhood with accessible transportation (MTA/LIRR) and it’s 30-45 minutes away from the city (by train). There’s also a washer/dryer unit downstairs.
Rent is $2650 and is split between all 3 of us (based on size of room) and utilities are separate.
I’ve lived here for a year and I absolutely love it. The neighborhood is extremely safe and peaceful. There’s an extensive amount of amenities in the area within walking distance (restaurants, banks, laundromats, parks etc).
