I am a quiet, responsible, religious and respectful bangladeshi lady with strong morals and who likes to keep a peaceful home where you can study/relax. I also have a full time job and not home during the day. This Apartment is very clean and retro and a fully equipped SEPARATE KITCHEN. The room for rent is FULLY FURNISHED with a bed, 3 door mirrored closets and has 2 windows. The Building has 4 supers that work from 9-5pm, 24-hour camera surveillance in elevator and front and back of building, Doorman, and 2 elevators. EXCELLENT location, walking distance from shopping, banking and other recreations.

-7 min bus ride away from St. Johns university via Q30 and Q31
-1 block away from Q30, Q31 and Q17 and numerous other city buses to queens, brooklyn and long island buses. (i. e. Q3, Q56, Q77 etc)
-2 blocks away from F train/ 169th street subway station that takes you to Manhattan in 35 minutes.
