This apartment is inside a house with an updated kitchen and bathroom with new appliances, heat as well as a small living room. There is plenty of street parking. It is located 3 blocks from the F train and St Johns University and in a safe neighborhood. $150 utilities fee per room is included in the monthly rent of $750. This space has recently been converted into a 2 bedroom apartment where we each will have our own entrances at the top of the stairs. This apartment is available to females only and pet cats are welcome (unfortunately no dogs allowed)!

I am looking for someone who is comfortable around cats as I usually live next door with my cat and fosters and they'll have access to the large shared entrance area. I am looking for someone who is responsible, quiet, respectful, pays rent on time, and cleans. There is no smoking, no drugs, no partying, loud music, or overnight male guests allowed. Month to month lease, looking for female working professionals or students with a steady source of income or guarantors. Background/credit check/proof of income will be needed. The first month's rent and security deposit will be needed to move in.
