I am a male normally not on premises for weeks at a time looking for a male/female to share a 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet, security in lobby, building with washers and dryers on premises. Room has controlled AC/heat by renter, electricity included bathroom is used by homeowner when at premises and renter. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Kitchen is available for use, living room/dining is part of the rental. Room has a mini fridge and internet. Person must be gainfully employed, clean, drug free, respects the property of others, does not smoke, does not have heavy traffic in the household but can have visitors, pays rent on time, cleans up behind themselves, no loud music or parties.
